Dreaming on taking breakfast while the sun is bathing you and you are relaxing looking at the sea? Dreaming on dinner with the light of moon reflecting in the sea while listening the music of the waves? I can provide you the apartment where you certainly will experiment these and other sensations, and all of this in a marvellous naturist environment. I have two almost identical apartments of 60 m2\. This appartmetn has the following distribution: • Bathroom: Shower, WC, Bidet, Single Washbasin • Bedroom: TwoTwin beds and A/C and heating Unit • Kitchen: Washing Machine, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Breakfast Bar. • Living room: TV, Dining Facilities, Sofa bed for 2 persons, A/C and heating Unit • Terrace: 7,7 m2 with an impressive view of the full 7 km beach. • Air conditioning and heating in the Bed room and living room. • Community Pool with naturist environment Southeast orientation, with sun in the terrace till early afternoon (facing to the sea), and sun in the entrance in the late afternoon (facing the communal swimming pool), therefore sun around all the day. The apartment has the closest possible situation to the beach (the beach in front of the apartment). The apartment is beautifully furnished, well equipped and is located in the first floor within the private naturist complex Natsun, in village of Vera, well-known by its naturist area with the 8 km sandy beach. Its privilege location benefits from restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops in the nearby. Almeria enjoys the sunniest, warmest, and driest winter of all of Spain and Europe. A unique desert climate, stunning scenery, sandy beaches and great Spanish and affordable food. Vera is 40 minutes from the astonishing Cabo de Gata National Park. Sun, leisure, water sports (snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, canoeing), outdoor living, fitness, relaxation and golf (6 golf courses in the nearby) are available all year round! Located within 2.5 hours flying time from the main European airports is reached by low-cost flights. Almeria Airport is 40 minute highway drive from Vera. Vera is also served by two other international airports, Murcia and Alicante. Both are less than two hours away by car. Perfect for accommodation of single persons, couples and families (less than 5 persons). The 'Standard Occupancy Period' is 7 nights. Very well equipped and presented with all the basics provided, as well as nice homely touches. Very secure, on private gated block, shutters and bars on window and patio doors if required. Apartment little dated, Spanish TV only, no internet but strong mobile signal to send e-mails etc. Large balcony/terrace with full sun in May 'til 3:45pm. Access to superb private swimming pool with a key card. Pleasant cooling sea breeze gets stronger in the afternoon when it may be nicer by the pool. Parking outside the gated area on the street close to the apartment, still in the naturist zone. Residents very sensitive to improper parking even though gates may at times be left open. Minimal night life within the complex in May, it's not that kind of place. Two very well stocked supermarkets nearby, nearest within 4min drive. Possible to hear your nearest neighbours, it is a holiday apartment after all. All in all I thought this a lovely well equipped apartment, excellent value for money, beautifully placed and ideally suited to those enjoying traditional naturist values. What a lovely apartment The apartment was great! Loved bing able to it on the patio and watch the ocean. The view is excellent and the location of the apartment I close to everything. WiFi was spotty and very slow but there was a great beach bar that had good WiFi. So everything worked out. ##### Breton D. Leider wurde der Aufenthalt etwas getrübt durch eine nur mäßige Aussstattung vor allem in der Küche, wie z.B. zusammengesuchtes Geschirr, keine elektr. Kaffeemaschine, nur 4 Teelöffel, keine Schale zum servieren der Speisen usw. ,im Bad Putzeimer und Besen "versteckt" hinter der Tür, kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm, und es konnte uns auch nicht geholfen werden. Insgesamt war das Apartment für uns nicht gemütlich und komfortabel. Leider war nach der Zeitumstellung im September die Sonne auf dem Balkon schon ab 13.00 Uhr verschwunden, und als Ersatz ist der Eingangsbereich auch nicht angenehm, da er von der Nachbarwohnung mit benutzt werden kann und kein kleiner Tisch vorhanden war, den man hätte hinstellen können. Entschädigt wurden wir durch die herrlichen Sonnenaufgänge, die Nähe zum Meer und auch Humberto ist bemüht. ##### Karin B. Stayed 10 nights in Oct 2019 ---
