"Très bien placé avec stationnement juste à coté. Le propriétaire nous a indiqué les endroits à voir dans la région et quelques trucs à savoir. Sa recommandation de restaurants (madame mouette) nous a permis de passer une excellente soirée pour l’anniversaire de mon épouse. Notre chambre économique était au troisième étage, un peu dur pour transporter nos lourds bagages. Une bonne adresse à retenir."

MAGNIFICENT NEW VILLA CLOSE BEACH WITH HEATED SWIMMING POOL

"Good communication with the host prior to the holiday and upon check in, answered all questions promptly.The property is in a lovely location for easy access to Etel and the beaches,with easy cycling from right opposite the property. The outside space and the lovely pool were great, though the seating around the pool was old and a couple of the sunbeds were broken which was a shame. We did raise this to the host and he stated ‘yes I know’ but did not offer replacements.The downstairs open plan space was great for kids and adults and the kitchen well equipped. It was a shame the large fridge was broken during our stay.Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property was variable. When we pulled out the high chair it was covered in pet fur and we found clumps of pet fur all around the property. Behind beds and larger furniture had not been cleaned and the carpets in 2 of the bedrooms had a strong unpleasant odour, maybe petsThe bedrooms each have their own ‘theme’ but they are all a bit tired and could do with some modernisation.It’s worth noting that although the property is advertised as 3 showers and 3 toilets, only 1 room (downstairs) is en-suite. The 5 rooms upstairs share one toilet and bathroom and the other facilities are downstairs in the utility room area. All toilets are in rooms without windows and minimal ventilation. Overall, we as 3 families had a great week in this house in Etel, but for what we paid, we were disappointed with some aspects of the property."

"Der Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus war das perfekte Gesamtpaket.Die Korrespondenz mit Brigitte und Christian war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Sie haben nichts ausgelassen, um uns bestens auf den Urlaub vorzubereiten.Der Check-in war sehr herzlich und die Einweisung inklusive vieler guter Tipps umfangreich.Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und dennoch nur wenige Fahrtminuten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie vielen tollen Ausflugszielen entfernt.Unser Hund war herzlich willkommen und der geschlossene Garten war ideal für den Aufenthalt.Wir kommen sicherlich gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus von Herzen."
