This vast single-story home has a luxurious interior with beautiful tile floors and tall ceilings that lend an airy feel. The bright open-concept great room has exposed beams and wall-to-wall windows. There's room for everyone to gather on a sectional and comfy armchair, and there's a 52' Apple TV with free cable and streaming channels. A striking gas fireplace sits between two sliding doors to the wraparound deck. Whip up delectable dishes in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, detailed with quartz countertops, a center island with a prep sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including an enormous double-door fridge and a gas range. The dining area has a stately, dark wooden table seating six on leather chairs and a bench. With windows on three sides, you can enjoy a great view of the backyard as you dine. After a day at the beach or strolling by the 1782 Ventura Mission on Main Street, unwind on the backyard patio under the shade of a mature Aleppo pine tree. The table for four is an ideal place for an alfresco dinner hot off the gas grill. The stunning primary suite boasts a cable TV, a picture window showcasing the gorgeous garden, and sliding glass door access to the deck. The en suite bathroom has an impressive walk-in spa shower with a circular Japanese-style tub overlooking the bamboo garden. You'll appreciate the heated floors as you get ready for bed. Drift off to sleep with the ocean as your peaceful soundtrack. WHAT’S NEARBY You'll find the beach just four houses down, and it's rarely crowded! The decor feels new and pristine. With a rainy weekend on our hands, we had a wonderful time gathering in the open kitchen/dining/family room floor plan. Well supplied kitchen and linens. Nice touch to include shampoo and soap. A few enhancements would have made the stay perfect. We could not get the gas grill to work. The dishwasher was not working well despite using the vinegar and Finish. Dishes in the cabinets probably were washed by former guests and many were full of soap scum and sediment. The master bathroom shower- although beautiful— did not drain well and the shower stayed full of water for hours. ##### Debra P. The kitchen has every thing you need to make meals as well as a grill. They provide plenty of beach items which was a nice surprise. The kitchen is huge a great place to hangout and cook. Plenty of space in all the bathrooms as well which worked well for my group. We did have one maintenance issue but the host was kick to resolve the issue. The aesthetics were amazing, the house has a welcoming atmosphere and open concept. You can cook and visit at the same time. Beautiful property. Not great if you have little ones because of the stairs in front and back but as a family with teens, it was great.
