Oh my heavens I cannot say enough about this charming little slice of Southren California beach town perfection. We LOVED our stay at Poli Place! It's vibrant jewel tone Mid-Century Modern decor is so cheerful and welcoming and the home is super clean and cozy! The location is incredible, very safe and so close to downtown main street shops & dining, local beaches, the Ventura Botanical Gardens, Arroyo Verde Park, Grant's Park and my favorite Foothill Road, a gently winding road that runs through miles of gorgeous avocado and citrus groves and leads me to my childhood home. It is centrally located to downtown and the beach. The house is a decorators dream home. There was so much attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook all your meals. There was a brand new grill in the fully enclosed back yard. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds. There’s a tv in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Wi-Fi. Tons of books. Lots of games…and candy for the young and not as young adults. The owner is easy to reach and very responsive. My only regret is that I didn’t stay here longer. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Inna L.
