We knew it would be close to the sand, but not literally seconds to the sand. It was perfect. It is perfectly located. Walking distance to ice cream, restaurants, etc. It was probably the cleanest rental we have ever been to. We had 6 people total and 1 dog. There was more than enough room. No rental is perfect, so there are only 3 things that we had "issues" with (that weren't even really issues, just inconveniences): no measuring cups in the kitchen for cooking, couldn't get the jets to work in the master bath up stairs (but the deep tub was still great for soaking), and the skylight in the upstairs master bedroom shines right on the bed in the morning with no way of blocking the sun. BUT, those 3 things are so minor there is no way we wouldn't stay here again. We 1,000x's recommend this house and can't wait for our next trip. Very clean, pet friendly home with a wonderful view of the ocean! Nice bed rooms with great beds. I am a senior, so I stayed in the downstairs bedroom with only nine stairs up to the next floor where the kitchen and living rooms are located. The duplex is on a very friendly and quiet street.
