Clean, very nicely remodeled and furnished. A real gem. The outdoor area is a real bonus and the high fencing really gives the feeling of it being very private. It is close to the beach and Pierpont Avenue with all of its great places to eat. I did have contact with the rental agency due to a minor electrical problem.
