Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 24 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 24 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, and sleeping area with bunk beds (sleeps 2)  
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, and hotplates. ..  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
\- A bathroom with shower  
\- A separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, plancha grill, dryer, iron.
