The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 70 m² apartment for rent in Ventron, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a 30 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (with bathtub). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area  
\- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)  
\- Bedroom 2: one bunk bed (sleeps two) and one double sofa bed  
\- One bathroom with bathtub  
\- One separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Ventron, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
