It's in a great location for your next family holiday. The lounge has new sofas TV and DVD with a Coonara wood heater to keep you warm during the cooler months. The dining table is centrally located and the kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking and a microwave, as well as lots of salad bowls, platters etc. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms the family bathroom has a bath and a shower. You will find a second fridge in the laundry as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The front of the house has a covered veranda with seating and rear deck is covered with a gas bbq and outdoor setting. Pets are welcome- strictly outside only (Conditions apply) \*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property\* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation. You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. Great swimming beach also good for snorkeling, fishing, boating. Property is fully fenced with a nice front and rear yard, undercover BBQ area, great verandah and deck, nice surprise woodheater in the lounge which heated the whole house on one cooler night, on the warmer days opened all windows to get the sea breeze running through. 10 min drive into Cowes for supplies.
