The outstanding features were the balcony and the sea view. The balcony at the back overlooks the sea so a perfect place for a morning cup of tea. Plenty of towels, crockery and cutlery in the apartment as well as two good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage. Shops a five minute walk and lots of lovely walks and exploring on the door step. The roads around are very steep so be careful when driving with a fully laden car. Lots of lovely beaches a short drive away and Ventnor’s own beach just down the road. The seafront, bus stops and shops were a few minutes' walk away, and the sea views - particularly from the little balcony - were fantastic. The shower wasn't an issue for us and worked perfectly. The view is brilliant and the apartment itself was warm, clean and spacious with a great location close to Ventnor beach and centre. The shower was great and the beds super comfortable, and being able to sit out on the little balcony at the end of a long day of exploring made our trip even better. Ventnor itself is also a great base to explore the rest of the island from, which was particularly important as it was our first ever visit to IoW. We can thoroughly recommend the coastal walk to St Lawrence and then further to Niton (and lunch at the Buddle Inn), especially as the walk itself starts 2 mins from the apartment! ##### ALEX E. Our stay at the property overall was very good. The apartment was very large with plenty of storage space. It was very well equipped, Martin also provided clean j cloths with antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer which was excellent. Our only negative was that the property is a short way up a very steep hill. Obviously, if you are fit and well this is not a problem.
