You will find a fully equipped private kitchen and modern amenities including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dryer. The villa features new furniture, quality materials, and new bedding with bed linens provided. A baby bed and highchair are available for families with young children.  
  
Step outside to your private paradise on an 800 sqm fully enclosed property with an electric gate, ensuring complete privacy with no overlooking neighbors. The private heated outdoor pool and spa create the perfect setting for relaxation after exploring or beach days. A covered terrace and private grill provide ideal spaces for outdoor dining and entertainment.  
  
Shared parking is available at the property. Events are not allowed on the property. Please note that towels are not provided.  
  
You will be perfectly positioned in a peaceful cul-de-sac just 3.5 km from the beautiful Mignataja beach. The famous Bavella needles are nearby, offering stunning landscapes and activities to discover.
