Excellent stay. Franklin was a wonderful host, very attentive responsive. The house is gorgeous. Beautiful swimming pool and the interior much bigger than the photos make it seem. Great garden area with table tennis and pool games for the children. Property right on beautiful cycle path perfect for running, 15-20 mins walk to beach and similar to local market with wonderful fresh produce. A great stay for us 6 adults and 3 kids.

Group trip much better than we could have imagined

To tell you right at the beginning, it was wonderfull. The communication beforehand went fast, our questions were answered quickly before, during and after our trip. We even could check in earlier and our host was super chill and funny and even got us a fruit basket and wine. The house is much prettier than the photos would tell. We went there as a group of 11 people and it was enough space for everyone, enough baths an beds and space overall. The pool is a super plus and there was more to use than expected. Things to swim in the pool or to play with at the ocean, bed linen and towels for everone and more in the whole house so we wouldn't have to bring anything extra. The kitchen is super big and has evrything you need for a one or two week trip, which we didn't expect because of the pictures. I Would say it is an insider tipp to go to this house, because based on the photos you wouldnt know how nice and big it actually is. We are super happy that we were able to stay in your house and have to say Big Thank You for having us!

We had a great two-week holiday in this lovely, very well-equipped house - it looks even better than the photos! Plenty space for everyone, inside and out...the pool area is great and was very well used! Great welcome from Franclin who was so helpful! The location is excellent - very peaceful and relaxing, however easy walking distance to beach and town. Plenty to see and do for all ages and interests. Would definitely return and have already recommended to others! Thankyou!

Großzügig ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Ferienwochen in diesem Haus. Die Lage in der Nähe des Strandes direkt am Radweg ins Dort ist ideal. Die Einrichtung des Hauses, der Pool und die Gartenmöbel waren in gutem Zustand, alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar, wenn es eine Frage gab und hatte sich bei Internetproblemen, die wir hatten, sofort um eine Lösung gekümmert. Wir würden Franklin als Gastgeber und das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

les photos de l'annonce datent d'une dizaine d'année. La prestation d'ensemble n'est pas du tout au niveau du prix demandé:maison sale avec de fortes odeurs de tabac et de canalisations (problème apparemment connu vu le nombre de désodorisant dans chaque pièce) sol encadrant la piscine très détérioré voir dangereux (vis apparentes, échardes....) sur l'annonce télévision à l'étage absente ainsi qu'une baignoire introuvable... moteur de piscine très bruyant tout au long de la journée mobilier de piscine daté et sale bref, une énorme déception

Sehr erholsame Woche

Wir waren mit 2 Familien inklusive vieler junger Erwachsener in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und es gab keinerlei Probleme! Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Muriel und Franklin! Vielen Dank!

great house great vacation

We rented the house for 11 days and were very satisfied. It was clean spacious and nothing was missing. A highlight was the pool, which was regularly checked by the owner (ph value). The house was very well located, 20 minutes to the nearest village where there were shops and about 10 minutes to the sea. The hosts were always available and very accommodating. all in all a great holiday!

Perfect Vacation

We visited the house with a group of friends and it was just perfect. The pool, the beach nearby, a big living room and kitchen to cook for many people - we could not have asked for more! Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in Montalivet! Das Haus ist wirklich super, besonders der Pool, die geräumige Küche und der Riesen-Tisch draußen, an dem man bei jedem Wetter essen konnte. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen nett und auch im Vorfeld sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt,nah am Meer und am Markt,in einer Ferienhaussiedlung gegenüber vom Campingplatz.Wir danken Muriel und Franklin sehr für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Wunderschönes Haus in der Nähe vom Meer mit nur einigen wenigen Mankos

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist luxuriös und ziemlich vollständig: vom Pool über großem Smart TV bis zum Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und die Doppelbetten sind vor allem für Paare gut. Die Wände und Bauweise des Gebäudes ist etwas hellhörig und günstig, was uns aber nicht sonderlich Probleme bereitet hat. Die Sauberkeit ist im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, wobei einige Sessel und Bettlaken Flecken aufweisen. Es wäre auch schön, wenn kaputte Einrichtungsgegenstände, z.B. gebrochene Plastikstühle oder Rollos ausgetauscht werden würden. Der Weg zum Strand lässt sich gut zu Fuß und auch mit einem Surfbrett bewältigen. Alles in allem sind wir sehr froh diese Unterkunft gewählt zu haben.

Ideales Ferienhaus

Hier stimmte wirklich alles, Lage, Ausstattung und Service. Klar, der Preis ist, wir waren in der Hauptferienzeit dort, erstmal ein Schock. Aber er ist nicht ungerechtfertigt, von einem schönen Pool über einen riesigen Fernseher, einer komplett ausgestatteten und grosszügigen Küche, Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten für alle (gleichzeitig!!) bis hin zu einer prompten Beseitigung eines kleineren Problems war alles top. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen für alle, die es sich leisten können. Für uns war das auch ein Ausrutscher nach oben, aber wir bereuen ihn nicht!!!!! Ach so, ein Auto oder Fahrräder sind empfehlenswert, zu Fuss zum Strand in der Sommerhitze.....
