About this property

Pleasant holiday home close to beaches

  • Located in the heart of the Medoc, between ocean, forest and vineyards in the village of Vensac, new independent house with a large private garden of 1500 m2. You will appreciate its large living room bathed in light including a kitchen with center island, a dining room and a lounge with leather sofa. The house has 3 bedrooms (one 140 bed, a bed 160 and 2 beds 90), one with private shower room, a large room of water, a toilet, with a pantry / laundry room. Two terraces are also available to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. The second north, more intimate, will be conducive to to relax and unwind with a spa (optional extra) and the relaxation lounge. For a stay in all simplicity, sheets, toilet line and table linen are included in the price. Heating heat pump. Provision of 4 bikes for adults and loan baby equipment on request (cot, bath, high chair). Possibility of cleaning at end of stay (60 €).

Mooi huis

Mooi en schoon huis, alles is aanwezig, ook 4 fietsen. Goede locatie, 15 min van het strand. Kleine supermarkt vlakbij. Het enige nadeel was dat we regen hadden, maar we hadden toch een fijne vakantie.

Schönes Haus zwischen Wein und Meer

Das Haus liegt ruhig in Randlage zum Dorf Vensac. In einem Kilometer erreicht man den kleinen, aber gut sortierten Supermarkt Vival. Außer Pizza zum Mitnehmen keine Gastronomie im Ort. Im Nachbarort St. Vivien gibt es mindestens ein gutes Restaurant. Zum Strand sind es ab 10 km. Fahrräder (Mountainbikes) in gutem Zustand vorhanden. Der Radweg beginnt im Dorf, wenn man vom Haus aus kommt an der Kirche vorbei rechts. Ab dann gut ausgeschildert nach Montalivet und Soulac sur mer. Das Haus ist sehr hell und gut ausgestattet. Dafür, dass die Gäste die Endreinigung übernehmen können, war es sauber. Wir haben gerade in der kühleren Jahreszeit die Aussicht vom Esszimmertisch abends genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellente semaine passée dans cette belle maison et ce malgré une meteo très capricieuse mais nous avions pris le risque de venir debut mars.Véronique notre hôtesse fut parfaite, reactive et bienveillante.petit plus le jacuzzi fut fort agréable . Nous recommandons vivement.

Schönes modernes Haus mit tollem Garten

Das Haus ist hell, modern eingerichtet und groß genug und geräumig für 4-6 Personen. Es hat alles, was man benötigt von gut ausgestatteter Küche bis hin zur Waschmaschine etc, sogar Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Auch der Whirlpool ist super. Der Garten ist schön und es gibt genug SItzgelegenheiten. Die Vermieterin Veronique ist super nett, total unkompliziert, hilfsbereit, verständnisvoll. Zum Strand gibt es tolle Fahrradwege entlang der Pinienwälder (ca 40 min). Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

Mooi en proper huis

Mooi, schoon, zeer ruim huis. Alles is aanwezig. Een fijn huis om vakantie te houden. 15 min van strand, 5 min naar het dorp St. Vivien alwaar op woensdag een gezellige markt, met lokale producten. 's Zomers is het erg warm in huis, er is geen airco en enkele ramen op het zuiden hebben geen luiken. Wij hebben het er ondanks dat heerlijk gehad en alweer voor volgend jaar geboekt.

Schönes großes Haus in Vensac

Wir haben die beiden Wochen sehr genossen. Im Haus haben wir uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Jacuzzi haben wir oft genutzt. Es war einfach schön. Véronique war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn ein kleines Problem aufgetaucht war. Danke schön. Der kleine Lebensmittelmarkt im Ort war gut aufgestellt. Es hat uns nur eine Bar oder ein Restaurant gefehlt. Eventuell waren wir zu früh bzw. vor der Hauptsaison.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison fonctionnelle et très bien équipée située entre lac et océan (nombreuses installations pour occuper les enfants dans le jardin). Das Haus ist hell, modern eingerichtet, schöne Bäder, funktional gestaltet, groß genug und geräumig für 4-6 Personen. Es enthält alles, was man benötigt von gut ausgestatteter Küche bis hin zur Waschmaschine etc, sogar Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Den Whirlpool haben wir nicht genutzt, da es zu heiß war, aber sonst nice to have. Der Garten ist schön und es gibt genug SItzgelegenheiten (Liegen, Loungeecke, große Esstische.) Die Vermieterin Veronique ist super nett, total unkompliziert, hilfsbereit, verständnisvoll. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 15 min . Es gibt tolle Fahrradwege entlang der Pinienwälder zu den Stränden (ca 40 min). Alles in Allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit . Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.
