Venise-en-Quebec Holidays from £740

Cute boutique hotel. Beautifully designed. Nice central and walkable location. The rooms are small but nicely appointed. Large windows in room helps with making it feel larger. Not the best for working in - desk is too low; but the lobby has areas for you to sit and work quietly if need be. Staff were friendly. Breakfast options were very good, had to pay extra for stronger coffee at breakfast, but was worth it. Would stay here again:

Smaller but very pleasant hotel. Service was top notch and the rooms were perfect. We stayed in a Loft with Terrace room on the 5th floor. Being able to walk out on the terrace was nice even thought there wasn't much of a view. We valeted our vehicle and noted that it was just parked outside behind the main entrance in a gravel courtyard of the hotel. Safe enough and it didn't bother us one bit but I know that the information on Expedia states that there is "covered" valet parking. We never did take advantage of their gym but I'm sure that it would have been spectacular. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay at the Hotel Birks this weekend! The rooms were spacious, clean, and the view of the Phillips Square was nice! On Friday nights in the summer there is dancing in the square which lasts until about 11pm and the music is quite loud, so something to note if you need an early bed time have a city view room, you will hear it until it stops but we were just going to sleep when it stopped. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations in the area and any questions or requests we had. It was a bit further away from the "Old Montreal" downtown area than I had expected, but if you are capable of doing a 20-ish minute walk and using that time to explore the city, then the area is perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

The area was ok. Metro station really close by. Large window into shower/bathroom was odd
