Venetian Bay Golf Club

I stayed at the palazzo from sat -sat. On day 3 I asked for My room to be cleaned I was told that it would be cleaned the following day which was on Wednesday, we went to the parks early Wednesday am came back to the hotel by 7 pm the room was still dirty , I called the front desk the only thing I got was an apology so we slept in that dirty room until it was time to check out.

Per my stay found pots and pans old and burnt , AC was not cooling well in the first floor master also I have never heard that you have to buy your own toilet paper once you run out.... Also we had to use the same towels over and over again I never heard a that unacceptable for the amount that I paid. The unit it self was outdated. It was definitely not worth the price that I paid. I will think twice before ever booking there. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Everything was very clean and we had great time
