7.8/10 Good! (572 reviews)
The location was ideal. In the center of everything. Restaurant/bar attached with outdoor seating. Good food and wine, inexpensive! Awesome wine bar across the street. Next to the tram, hop on hop off buses and tourism office. 3 blocks to the river and one block to the opera house and Rue Saint Catherine shopping. We had 2 family rooms that were very spacious. Clean and neat with daily service. The elevator is SMALL. Two days there were gross smells in the hallways and elevator, but not in our rooms. Heat and air conditioning were good. A lot of staff turn around at hotel, so not super helpful. Staff at attached bar/restaurant were amazing! Great place to relax with a glass of wine or a drink and be basically ‘home’. Highly recommend!!!

8.4/10 Very good! (289 reviews)
The receptionist upon our arrival (Seline, Celine?)was warm, friendly and helpful. However, the receptionist upon our departure (Carmen) was less so. Very abrupt and uncommunicative.
