"The AC stopped working in the room that was assigned to us and then the AC in the new room was pretty mediocre. WiFi was unavailable. Service was pretty good though "
"Booked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip."

"There was a party in one of the adjacent rooms and after complaining they alloted another room to us. Turns out that one of the drunks managed to open the room alloted to us and sleep in it and management could pretty much do nothing. Our 10 year old found out someone under the bedsheet when she walked into the room. Bed linen had stains in them and towels were not washedand had a brown hue. Great location near to the temple but this is not a place that families can stay. "

"Had a wonderful experience at the Taj near Kochi airport. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, yet the property feels peaceful and relaxing. Dining options were excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes and outstanding hospitality. Truly a five-star experience all around. Highly recommended!"
"The staff was absolutely incredible- always kind, helpful and friendly. We came during mansoon season, so it always felt damp, but that is to be expected. The pool was lovely (you can buy a suit if you forgot one) and the food great. The chef was very accommodating and offered to make special gifts for our group. The spa offered wonderful massages at very reasonable prices as well. Overall a fantastic experience. "
