"Das dritte Bett war ein Couch mit ungeeigneten Bettlaken bezogen. Der Abfluss im Duschbereich war schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Um zu duschen mussten wir erst die Reinigungsarbeiten Eigenhändig verrichten. Das war eine sehr demütigende Erfahrung. Trotz täglichen Kommunikation, hat sich nichts getan."

"Das Haus war ok. Zwei Zimmer haben eine abenteuerliche Treppe als Zugang. Am 3\. Tag gab es in der unteren Wohnung kein warmes Wasser mehr. Erst am nächsten Tag kam der Mann der Besitzerin, konnte den Schaden bis zur Abreise nicht beheben, trotz großer Versprechungen. Das war eine erhebliche Einschränkung, nur eine Dusche für 7 Personen. Es wurdev eine Entschädigung zugesichert, dieses aber nicht eingehalten. Also, Vorsicht bei diesen Vermietern."

"Ausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten. Die Sessel total veraltet und durchgesessen. Da konnte man nicht sitzen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt aus den 90igern. Kein Service. Es ist kein Hotel zu wohlfühlen. Alles wird auf Sparflamme gehalten. Die Sauna ist defekt, oder wird zumindest so erklärt. Die Handtücher sind genauso alt wie die Einrichtung und völlig inakzeptabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar. Brötchen, 3 Sorten Wurst , 2 mal Käse, Eier gibt es auf Zuteilung das dauert dann 10 Minuten. Das Restaurant bietet maximal 3 Tagesgerichte , diese stehen angeschlagen auf einer Tafel. Der Gesamteindruck ist einfach schlecht! "

"Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. "This time, we couldn't be accommodated in this property due to the fact we had forgotten one photo ID. We understood that'. The receptionist perfectly explained the rules. The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal which was rather inconvenient while we just returned back home. Fortunately, quite promptly, the restaurant manager called us back and mentioned that all had been fixed. It was a very unfortunate stay for us this time comparing to our very first visit in this hotel last year. I am aure that next time we will be able to enjoy this hotel facilities fully again. Thank you "

"The staff (Jana) was great! There was a tournament happening at the arena so the hotel was hosting about 100 young boys this weekend. Fortunately, everyone behaved respectfully and the flurry settled at a reasonable time. The rooms were small and did not have a coffee maker but they were clean and very comfortable! The breakfast had a nice selection. We would stay again!"
