Sufficient for a quick nights stay near the airport. Got the job done but was not luxurious. It was safe and comfortable. The staff was VERY nice and accommodating to us. Also the pizza the the restaurant below was great!

Dear Mr. Mehmet, you probably left a review for another accommodation at our hotel. The day you were there, the hotel was full and all the rooms were in order, none of the guests had no complain. We also inspected your room after departure. there is normally hot water, the air conditioner works, the bathroom had all the accessories including liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel. Property is in a residential area, next to a railroad track. Don't be deceived by the environment. The rooms are immaculate, the staff and service cannot be beat, and the restaurant has an excellent menu. There is also a free shuttle to the airport every half hour. There is a kid's play area in the restaurant, so it might be off-putting for those who don't want to hear children, but I enjoyed it.

Due to flight delays and consequent missed connections we ended up flying to Zagreb late and on short notice. The London Rooms staff nonetheless picked us up from the airport, checked us in promptly, and for a nominal cost provided an abundant breakfast the next morning.

Adequate close to airport. Not dependable shuttle.
Overall, the stay was adequate. The hotel is in an okay location but not very close to places to eat, bars, etc. Really close to the train station and a quick 15 minute ride to Zagreb. They do have a nice restaurant with good food in the hotel. The restaurant waitress was excellent, friendly, and efficient. The rooms are okay, but a bit old, worn and could use a renovation. Out of the 3 hotels I stayed while in Croatia, this hotel was the least comfortable. Note that you have stairs to get into the rooms, so make sure you can carry your luggage up steps. The worst part was the airport shuttle. They never arrived. It was early morning, I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled pickup, and then decided to take an Uber instead. The shuttle is not a reliable service.

We were only there for 12 hours but from check in to the shuttle to the airport everything was amazing. The staff was all so helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay again

No elevator. Even though 1/2 of the rooms (our included) were up 3 flights of stairs!!! If you are travelling with anything more than a back pack, stay away! EXPEDIA SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE THIS!!

Shuttle van provided transport back and forth to airport with only a few minutes away, pick up my rental car. Staff are friendly and really willing to help. We had a room with 4 beds on 3rd floor, with all necessary amenity. It is good for us to rest a night before the road trip. They have parking log if you drive. You need to walk up stairs.

This property is excellent. For an affordable location in close proximity to the airport, they offer so much; personal shuttle service, amazing restaurant, nice lounge, clean rooms, and a staff that is amongst the best I’ve encountered even comparing to resort and 5 star locations. The staff was very personable, friendly, accommodating and attentive. I’ve stayed at the Hilton Zagreb in the past and stumbled across this property due to a very late flight delay where I needed a place to stay at midnight. However, because they were so wonderful waiting for us, taking care of us and getting us to the airport just a few hours later, I will stay here each time I come to Zagreb as Great Service will always trump Opulence.

We literally made this reservation at midnight when our flight was greatly delayed and we had to spend the night in Zagreb. I received a text within minutes from the hotel asking me when I would be there and that they’d be there when I got there. When I got there, the hotel lady was waiting and promptly got me to my room. The next morning, I scrambled to find an Uber and then found out from the hotel lady (same person), that they had a free shuttle so I was able to take a breath and know that I’d be okay. This hotel handled me so professionally and with care and efficiency. I would stay there again as it’s an incredible bargain for what I got even though I only needed to sleep for a few hours before getting back to the airport. Thank you, London Rooms Hotel...you literally made a nightmare of canceled and delayed flights tolerable.

Excellent service!!
We stayed here as we were flying off from Zagreb the next morning. Perro was so helpful and made sure that everything was okay. He picked us up from the airport and even sent us to the train station when he saw that we were going to miss the train to the main station. He also helped us buy the return tix and sent us information and food recommendations. When we got back, he was waiting for us to help us with our bags. He also sent us to the Airport the next morning. 5 star service!! Really value for money and great location if you have an early flight. It is also quite near the city. The train station is around 5 mins walk from fhe apartment. From there catch a train to the main station (around 15mins). The only thing is the train is not v frequent so do check the schedule. There is usually one every hour. Overall our stay was great, would recommend!

The airport shuttle was extremely helpful and easy. Located within 5 mins of the airport, it was the perfect place for us to stay the night and leave early in the morning for our flight. The owner was super helpful and responded to all inquiries almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

More than expected, great value. Staff was very helpful and nice. The facility is newer and has a restaurant and outside seating. Airport is nearby and they have a shuttle. We drove and parking was easy and free.

The hotel is sparkling clean, well-maintained, and feels like new. The owner and his family are young and enthusiastic, and go the extra mile for their guests — literally! He will pick you up and drop you off at the airport in the hotel’s free shuttle, so you can avoid the airport taxi drivers. He speaks very good English and is very likable. The train station is very close, and you can take the train to central Zagreb for 1.5 euros roundtrip. I wish more hotels and their owners were like this one.

The best stay ever. Very clean, excellent wifi. Service could be a little better especially second stay where check in was slow and front desk lady a little annoyed when I asked to call check in person. Ordered pizza from restaurant and it was just average pizza. Did not tried other food there. Not much going around but very good, safe and clean area. If I need to stay for a airport layover definitely the best place.
