Nice clean hotel, good location. It was unfortunately very noisy at night with all doors opening and closing with a loud slam.

RIDICULOUS!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! BE CAREFUL!
We booked this hotel close to Zagreb airport in order to get a good rest before leaving early morning. In general the condition of the hotel is quite nice, rooms are modern and clean. The problem started later that evening... the restaurant in the hotel lobby was rented for a wedding party which celebrated in full strength until 4:00 a.m.! I was patient until 2:00 am before I went to reception to ask if they could turn it down a bit. So the highlights in short: - the guy at the reception was completely over-strained and didn't dare to interfere with the party - he tried to give me another room which turned out to be even closer to the source of noise - weddings seem to be a REGULAR thing there since he said "that's the last one for this season" - the receptionist in the morning gave me an email address how to contact the manager. He refused to contact him directly at this moment. - I asked him "Be honest if I write there nothing will happen and you are facing such complaints every week." and HE CONFIRMED!!! So in the end for me this hotel is a scam. Renting the ground-floor to wedding parties which by the structure of the hotel obviously create harm to the guests and still not holding back in renting out all the rooms including the ones extremely exposed to the noise. The handling of complaints at the reception seemed very systematic and trained. I would not recommend to go there on any weekend and also not support them any other day!

Great location for an early flight out
Stayed here for one night because of it's proximity to the airport. We arrived late and the staff was very accomodating. When we couldn't find anything open nearby to get a quick bite to eat they ordered pizza for us and had it delivered to the hotel. Hotel was very comfortable and spacious for our quick turn around.
