For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. The fridge did not work for us after plugging it in, the bathroom towels were not full length towels (but rather hand towels), the WIFI was unreliable. "We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"Very clean room and comfortable bed, spacious room with balcony. Pool area really nice and very spacious with lots of different pools/slide. Really good location, very close to lake and easy to walk to lots of central things in Bled. Air conditioning covered by metal grate and pointing towards windows of room therefore limiting effectiveness. Food quite underwhelming and felt like quantity rather than quality."
