Food everywhere has been excellent, service amazing - staff are so friendly and helpful, its been so nice getting to know everyone! "The rooms are always spotless thanks to a team of genuinely kind and attentive staff who make sure you have everything you need. Everyone from the bar team to the restaurant staff is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to accommodate your requests. The chef is especially open and accommodating with dietary preferences. The spa is beautiful, relaxing, and offers excellent massages (just be sure to book in advance, as it fills up quickly). I felt very safe throughout my stay and would highly recommend it also to solo travelers. The warm, friendly atmosphere makes you feel at home, with staff who truly care about your comfort and experience. You are taken care of from the moment you arrive at the airport and the island’s location is excellent, after a long journey, it’s just a short boat ride, and you’ll arrive in about 15 minutes."

"Beautiful beach view room. Light and beautifully furnished. Great aircon and fan. Bathroom was amazing - both with the size of it and the style. Bath, 'outdoor' shower, and areas to keep clothes to dry. Beach towels also provided."

"We were very impressed with our stay. Our shuttle driver was incredibly apologetic about being late to get us at the airport despite it being beyond his control (traffic accident). For there, we were greeted by a very pleasant and helpful young woman who explained everything we needed to know for our stay over a welcome "cold lemon tea" that was absolutely delicious. Despite arriving very early for our check-in time, they were able to get us into our room early. Our room was an ocean view and we were thrilled. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Some may have concerns about the flooring (the seams were separating in some places) but it didn't bother us. We walked the area and always felt very safe, explored stores and restaurants but still returned to the hotel to eat 4 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinners). We cannot say enough about the food - we were very impressed (selection, cost, quality, and quantity). Overall, we'd definitely stay again."
