Lovely home in Bjert with house sea view

Look forward to Kolding and the beautiful surroundings with a variety of experiences for young and old. Only about 5 minutes walk from the lake in the center of Kolding is a large play park open all year round. Everything is free here. The mooncar track, dinghy sailing, many playgrounds with sandboxes and climbing tripods and cozy picnic areas. Weather permitting, you can even ice skate on the lake in the winter. In addition, there is a variety of attractions and sights. Visit Koldinghus Castle or Trapholt Art Museum, or perhaps take a day trip to the Lion Park in Givskud.

Good: Pretty garden and awesome terrace as well as great location. Near to the sea as well as to the woods. Quiet, with beautiful view of the sea. Great for doing hiking on beautiful paths. Nice spacious house with nearly everything you need, we loved the cozy stove. Very happy to visit again!!! Room for optimization: a more thorough cleaning would have made the arrival more pleasant (e.g. the washing machine and walls of the shower as well as shower curtain were very dirty). Better kitchen knives, an umbrella and deckchairs would complement the overall quite well equipped house. WIFI should be standard, but as the house doesn’t have any this should be pointed out in the description.

Objekt ist eher altmodisch eingerichtet. Möbel teilweise abgenutzt, küche nicht optimal ausgestattet. Lage sehr schön. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Theoretisch auch optimal für kinder, da das wasser lange sehr flach ist. Störend sind leider sowohl am strand als auch direkt am Haus viele Wespen, die angriffslustig sind. Dadurch auch viele im Haus, aufgrund von fehlendem Insektenschutz

Aktivurlaub für alle

Ein gemütliches Haus nah am Strand. Das Wasser am sauberen Strand ist flach und somit sehr gut auch für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Die Gegend ist gut mit dem Rad und Wanderschuhen zu erkunden.
