Sensationelle Lage unmittelbar am Strand. Die Waschmaschine unbrauchbar, da völlig verschimmelt. Der Geschirrspüler im Kleinformat, ebenfalls unbrauchbar. Die Toilette immer noch ohne Deckel und die Pflanzen im Wintergarten ein Trauerspiel. Der Garten und die Innenhöfe ungepflegt. Das Haus steht zum Verkauf.
