Villas Las Ventanas #7 is located within a beautifully landscaped, gated condominium complex featuring an amazing pool area, walking distance from the beach, in Playa Junquillal, Santa Cruz. The grounds offer 24-hour security and high-speed internet.  
  
The space:  
  
BEDROOMS:  
  
Both bedrooms have A/C, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower, and a spacious closet.  
  
Sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony,  
  
Note: The master bathroom features double sink vanities. It also has a walk-in closet for extra storage.  
  
KITCHEN:  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils, and includes a bar counter with stools.  
  
DINING AND LIVING AREA:  
  
The dining table, located next to the kitchen, comfortably seats six people. A couch and TV are positioned next to the dining area.  
  
A half bath is located near the dining and living areas.  
  
BALCONY:  
  
A private balcony, located across from the dining/living area, includes an outdoor dining area and direct access to the pool.  
  
CONDO COMPLEX:  
  
The tropical pool area is just steps away from the unit. The condominium is conveniently located a short walk from the beach, with local restaurants 10–15 minutes away and an efficiently stocked supermarket 20 minutes away.  
  
Please note that both full bathrooms in the condo feature an outdoor shower. These bathrooms are designed to offer a unique and refreshing outdoor experience. There are no indoor shower facilities in either bathroom.

These condos are absolutely lovely in every way. Beautiful design, pristine pool, gorgeous landscape, friendly occupants. We highly recommend a stay!This is a very remote area and not for the unadventurous. Roads are mostly dirt, if paved there are numerous potholes. As a result, beaches are empty and wildlife is abundant. We love being in a remote paradise!

When booking the property I did a fair amount of research on the location and I have to say, I was not expecting Google Maps to take us down so many dirt roads. This was my first time into Costa Rica so a lot of lessons learned to say in the least. The rain came in a little heavy and we arrived a little earlier than expected but the property manager was very helpful in getting us checked in 2 hours early. The home was beautiful, the property was amazing and the beach access was top notch. We were given notice the pool was being worked on during our stay but who cares, we were on the beach lol. Lots of cool cafe's and eateries at a short drive and the turtle hatchery was an awesome treat. I would absolutely stay here again.
