"Best location wise. However kitchen, bathrooms and foyer are open air which wasn’t really mentioned in the description at the time. A bit humid, rooms and bathroom were able to get really cold with fans and individual ac system. Property manager was quick to respond, even answering my texts after midnight. "My husband, my grown children, and I had an amazing time! The house was wonderful, and we enjoyed laying in the hammocks and watching the sunsets! Christy was incredibly helpful with information on the area and was prompt to respond before and during the trip. She even helped me get a birthday cake delivered for my son! "We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and centrally located. The airport is like 15 minutes away. The area was quiet except for the rooster at the park across the street. Not an issue at all. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils as we like to cook when on vacation. A short walk away and you can get a fresh baguette and delicious cafecito. The place was clean and we had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico."

"This property was excellent, except for the host constantly telling us what to do. I do not recommend staying on a property with the host right next door. It felt micromanaged because she would turn certain things off at night when we were still awake. After I said something to her the the last 2 nights the cable would go out at night. If u like to be babysat then you should book here. But if ur grown this is not for you."

"Location was great. We were leaving on a cruise and arrived a couple of days early. We were able to walk Old San Juan from the apartment. The apartment had plenty of room for 9 of us. Javier was great. We were able to drop off luggage before check-in and kept luggage at the house for a couple of hours after check out. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This property was perfect for our family vacation. The property is in a great location, only minutes away from Beaches, restaurants, supermarket, casino. Only 30 mins away from San Juan. "We loved it. We wanted a peaceful getaway and that was prime. Located 40 min from San Juan immerse yourself in the hills of Puerto Rico . The property is clean and well maintained. It is very peaceful and you’ll wake up everyday with the sound of birds surrounding you. Few things: - the pool is the jewel of the property in my opinion. "Relaxing and just a short minute walk to the ocean. Friendly neighborhood and met people from all over. Sunsets amazing. Beach was swimmable all the time, nightlife was lively with people of all ages. Grocery store, bakery, food trucks within walking distance made it hard to leave.
