Country House on a Horse Farm - Dogs welcome; horses are available for rent.

You’ll be renting the charming farmhouse on the property—a place where tranquility reigns and nature is right on your doorstep. There are two smaller apartments around the courtyard that are occupied by permanent tenants, but your house will be entirely private for you during your stay!
Three bedrooms share the large bathroom with a lovely, spacious double shower, and the fourth bedroom has its own bathroom.
There are two patios: one facing east, which is a cosy spot to eat breakfast, and the other facing south, where you can relax and sunbathe if you’d like.
There are two Icelandic horses on the farm that experienced riders can rent to go for rides in the beautiful surroundings. This costs 2400sek / 6 days per horse or 700sek per ride and horse.

If you’d like fresh eggs for breakfast, you can collect them from the farm’s chickens.

Up to two dogs are welcome to accompany you for an additional fee of 200sek.

We’ll take care of the final cleaning after your stay; which costs 2000sek and is payable upon check-in.


There are several walking trails around the farm. Just 5 minutes away is Stora Hornsjön with lovely swimming spots. You can also rent canoes from our neighbour, Stättareds 4H Farm, if you’d like to paddle and take in all the beautiful scenery. If you’d rather swim in the ocean, there’s lovely Torstensvik in Frillesås, 20 min. 6 km from the farm is Veddige, which has a supermarket, a restaurant, and Kullagården’s Gluten-Free Stenungsbageri. Here you can enjoy a meal or a coffee break in a large, old stone barn.
A 30-minute drive south will take you to Varberg, home to the fortress, the ocean right in the city centre, and wonderful spa facilities. If you head 30 minutes north instead, you’ll arrive in Kungsbacka, which offers plenty of shopping opportunities. Liseberg, a large amusement park, is just 45 minutes away.
