8.6/10 Excellent! (44 reviews)
Loved the quirky quaint charactet of the hotel which still had comfortable clean rooms. Would definitely stay again.
Helpful staff, especially Agata and Martina.
Worst part is RECEPTION IS ONLY OPEN UNTIL 7:00 pm. Must check in remotely otherwise. We arrived at 7:30 and were caught unawares. We almost most gave up and went somewhere else. Once we figured it out, it still took several calls to the hotel, reception problems, etc to finally get the code, and get it to work!
Fun little complementary mini bar.
Breakfast was fine -
Elevators are between the floors - think of floor 1.5, 2.5, etc., meaning you wiil ha2 to take your suitcases up at least half a flight of stairs

A short walk takes you to the No1 tram which takes you into Central Brno, so very convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean. It's relatively basic, so I would ..."
