Bed linen charges include towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair are available upon request and can be obtained from the office for a deposit. The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid directly to the landlord on site, amounting to CHF 4.50 per night per person aged 16 years and above, while guests under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax. Regarding the cancellation policy, bookings cancelled up to 60 days before arrival may be cancelled free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained in all cases of cancellation. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the rental agreement under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is considered decisive for determining the applicable cancellation terms, with the provision that for notifications received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, the following working day shall apply. In the event of a premature termination of the rental period, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
