The flat has a modern design with lots of oak wood and has two double rooms and one room with two bunk beds. The flat also has a terrace with a beautiful view and offers peace and relaxation. Ground floor / Lift / Wifi yes / 2 rooms with double beds / 1 room with two bunk beds / 1 bathroom with WC and bath / 1 bathroom with WC and shower. The flat is located in the centre of Valbella, close to the ski slope and the Valbella ski lift. - the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid directly to the landlord on site (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen. - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
