The flat has a modern design with lots of oak wood and has two double rooms and one room with two bunk beds. The flat also has a terrace with a beautiful view and offers peace and relaxation. Ground floor / Lift / Wifi yes / 2 rooms with double beds / 1 room with two bunk beds / 1 bathroom with WC and bath / 1 bathroom with WC and shower. The flat is located in the centre of Valbella, close to the ski slope and the Valbella ski lift. \- the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid directly to the landlord on site (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen. - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord.
