Designed for families and friends, the house combines historic charm with modern comfort: air conditioning in every room, a private patio, a leafy garden, and parking right in front of the house.

The patio, a true outdoor living room, is the heart of the house in summer: sheltered from wind and prying eyes, it’s perfect for meals and evenings together in a peaceful, friendly atmosphere.

Basic supplies (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, coffee, sugar, etc.) are provided as a starter kit.
