Located on a raised ground floor, this pleasant apartment offers the perfect setting for a successful holiday, with a shared swimming pool at the heart of the residence. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The living area with flat-screen TV opens onto a lovely partly covered terrace, a true extension of the living space where you can fully enjoy the outdoors. The compact, well-equipped kitchen makes cooking easy and convenient, featuring a 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, mini oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and direct access to the terrace, as well as a cabin bedroom with two bunk beds (90 cm) and a wardrobe, ideal for children. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet complete the apartment. The real highlight?
