The 52 m² apartment features an entrance hall, a lovely living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood) opening onto a lounge/dining area (flat-screen TV) leading to a balcony with sea views, a sleeping or reading area (double sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed and wardrobe), and a shower room with vanity unit and washing machine. You can park your vehicle in a secure private space. You will also have all the necessary furniture for enjoying meals on the balcony. Bed linen, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided – these can be ordered upon request. Cleaning service available upon request; otherwise, a separate cleaning deposit will be required. A €500 security deposit is payable via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.
