The 52 m² apartment features an entrance hall, a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee maker, oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood) opening onto a living-dining room (flat-screen TV) opening onto the balcony with sea view, a sleeping or reading area (double sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed and closet), and a bathroom with a vanity unit and washing machine. You can park your vehicle in a secure private space. You will also have all the necessary furniture for your breakfasts on the balcony. Bed linens, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided - services can be ordered upon request. Cleaning service available upon request; otherwise, a specific cleaning deposit will be required. A €500 accommodation deposit is payable by check upon arrival or via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
