Just 1 km away is Pontaillac beach in Royan, while Nauzan beach with the famous “Maison Blanche” in St Palais-sur-Mer is only 800 meters away. My house is a haven of peace, where you can relax and enjoy an unforgettable vacation. An ideal place for holidays with family or friends, offering all the comfort of a main residence necessary in addition to its garden with the brazier for an idyllic stay. The house consists of two large bedrooms of 14 and 15 m2\. The green room with a 140 cm bed and the beige room with a 160 cm bed, plus a real Rapido type sofa bed and very comfortable 160 cm bultex mattress, all with memory foam mattresses and pillows. The accommodation also has a travel cot with an additional mattress for baby's comfort and a high chair. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, as well as a bathtub and a washing machine. The toilets are separate. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. I provide you with adult bicycles (some can accommodate a child seat which I do not provide) to explore the beautiful surrounding region. There are also beach games, board games, books, 4K connected television, and a wave board at your disposal. I have a passion for travel. In fact, I love traveling so much that I created my own guest houses and gîtes in Vaux-sur-Mer (unlimited sea and warm sand) and in the heart of the Brocéliande forest (complete immersion in the legends Celtic and Arthurian), to welcome travelers from all over the world. Tout avait bien commencé mais l'expérience de séjour dans la maison de Morgane a vite été décevante. Bien que les photos de l'intérieur soient fidèles à la réalité et que la maison soit propre et bien aménagée, plusieurs éléments cruciaux n'ont pas été mentionnés dans l'annonce. La maison manque cruellement d'intimité, avec une construction en cours à 10 mètres en face sans clôture qui sépare les deux maisons, entraînant des nuisances sonores toute la journée du vendredi. De plus, Morgane avait transformé l'ancien garage en appartement, loué à une autre personne vivant à seulement 50 cm de la maison principale, rendant l'utilisation du jardin inconfortable et limitée à 10 m², avec une allée boueuse à cause des travaux. Morgane a insisté sur le respect de l'intimité de cette personne, ce qui a restreint les activités familiales dans le jardin. Ces informations cruciales n'ont été communiquées qu'à la veille du départ, nous laissant sans possibilité de changement. Malgré nos remarques, Morgane n'a pas présenté d'excuses, a été de mauvaise foi et n'a pas proposé de dédommagement adéquat, se contentant de rembourser 40 € après insistance auprès d'Abritel. Les échanges que nous avons eus à ce sujet nous ont fait penser que nous étions des intrus et que nous nous devions de respecter les autres. En conclusion, ce logement est à éviter pour ceux recherchant de l'intimité et un séjour paisible, car la réalité est loin de l'image de havre de paix présentée dans l'annonce. ##### Hadi S.
