#### Déception publicité mensongère

Réservation sur Abritel : Ok pour emplacement à 500ms de la plage et commerces. Donc je prévois de venir sans voiture. Mais je découvre que l’encaissement du paiement par Poplidays qu'une fois le solde encaissé le 29 juin qui m’´annonce que les clés sont a aller chercher à 5kms soit 10 aller-retour avec bagages et parasol et sièges de plage. Après plusieurs échanges téléphone ils ne trouvent aucune solution et m'indique seulement que je peux prendre une ligne de bus pour me déplacer à l'agence. De plus, pas d'informations données par l'agence NEXITY de ROYAN concernant l'emplacement des poubelles, pas d'état des lieux donc d'effectuer et lors de la remise des clés au départ (sur l'annonce indiqué de 8h a 10h) l'employé de l'agence arrive ouvrir le bureau seulement à 8h50\. j'ai donc dû changé tous mes plans de vacances en prenant mon véhicule et au retour ma nièce à loupé une correspondance de train du a ce retard de remise des clés. Ce qui fait que notre séjour à été désagréable. l'annonce que vous affichez doit être revue et indiquer impérativement le lieu de remise des clés et les horaires d'ouverture doivent être respectés ! JE NE CONSEILLERAI CERTAINEMENT PAS CELLE-CI
