The staff was amazing. So kind! Loved that there was coffee 24/7 available. The breakfast was really good. Good walking distance to so many good pubs & stores. The room was massive. My one issue was, our bathtub was not cleaned when we got there. Didn’t bother us too much, but it definitely wasn’t cleaned. Everything else was so phenomenal about the staff & property I would not let 1 forgotten bathtub hold anyone back from booking here!

The location was convenient for me, but there was a lot of noise, ranging from claw games in the hallway to someone screaming, "Give me my f***ing keys!" for a solid 20 minutes. There were also no USB ports at all in the room, and I had to crawl around under the desk to plug in my laptop.

Parking was nice but not secure. Breakfast ran out fast and not refilled- issues with broken pancake machine or not wanting to change batter, no eggs, no variation of items but nice that they try and offer something at this price point. Coffee and tea in lobby was huge help as coffee machine in room was broke. Beds and rooms were redone and comfy. Bathroom products were pretty good but we needed more than one mini bottle for 3 nights with 2 gals. Loved location to walk downtown and pubs and breweries around. Pool was loosely open but not clean or ready. Easy drive to anywhere in area. Bagel shop around corner across from Tracy’s family rest was my daughter’s fav.

There was black mold/mildew in the shower. The water in the shower was not as hot as we like. Our room did not look like the picture. It was inexpensive.
