"Lovely staff.
Unfortunately the waterpressure at the resort was terrible!
Also extremely loud music blaring from the bar area, we saw so many customers leave the area.
We were wanting to leave a tip for staff at the end of our 9 day stay but was told they did not accept credit cards for tips! I assume that most guests would pay by card?
Overall, a nice break with very nice staff. Just a few adjustments would fix many things, such as a chalk board with daily activities in the main bar area, much prefereable to the unintelligible chatter from staff members behind the bar. I think proper staff training would be advisable.
Otherwise an enjoyable break.
Thank you!"
"It took a day or two to warm up to The Beachouse. I was expecting more of a resort-feel but instead it felt like an upmarket backpackers. The breakfast supplied was very basic..cornflakes and weetbix, bananas, toast and spreads but you could buy a cooked breakfast. But it was very clean, and the food changed for evening meals and was very nice, especially the curries. The hammocks and beach are lovely and it was a place we really relaxed into, probably because it was quite basic. Rooms were small but completely fine and loved the outdoor feel to the bathrooms. I'd go back, because it offers a chance to reset and relax with few distractions. Staff were lovely and while you got the impression they were a bit tired of tourists, underneath if you stopped being a typical tourist they opened up to you."
"Amazing location , the staff was extraordinary and made out trip one of the best we stayed at about 4 to 5 5 star resorts over the duration of our stay and not a single one of them could match the level of comfort and friendliness of the staff at the Naviti . The food was fantastic , rooms were clean alongside all of the facilities. They offer a good amount of things to do . But the staff really made us feel like family to the point we were sad to leave them . 10/10 resort the only downside we had was trying to swim in the ocean of the beach at the resort. There is alot of seaweed and the water can be a bit murky due to the sediments and seaweed , it however is swimable and very warm ."
"We had a wonderful stay at Maui Palms and would happily return. The infinity pool was great, offering beautiful views and a relaxing place to unwind. We also loved the snorkelling right off the property and appreciated the variety of daily activities available during our stay.
The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help, including assisting with our luggage on arrival and departure. Communication through WhatsApp was convenient and made it easy to stay informed and request assistance when needed.
One of the things we enjoyed most was the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax and escape the crowds.
The location is very convenient, with a local supermarket and several food options nearby, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, Maui Palms provided a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable Fiji holiday."
"Place was in poor condition.
Staff were fabulous.
You need a car it is long way from anything.
The dirt track in and out of property is in poor condition
Food is average at best.
