Clean and good breakfast, but expensive
A bit expensive parking (130 SEK) considering the price of the room is already expensive. Pillows were too big for allowing comfortably.

Sea and Wintergarden
Clean relaxed and professional. Very comfortable room. Pretty wintergarden dining and coffee area 2mins walk from the sea. Great location.

There was limited access for disabled persons - I use a walker and when we wanted to use the pool area there were a lot of stairs. My husband helped me down the stairs to the pool. The pool was very small and 5 feet deep.i feel that pool is very unsafe due to depth and is limited to only those who can swim. There was also NOTHING there to help someone if they ran into difficult when swimming. The parking is very limited and expensive. The front staff would try and pass you off until you asked to speak with the manager. We travel a lot and would not recommend this hotel to friends. The breakfast was excellent.

We had a very enjoyable one day stay in the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful in all respects. The hotel is very well located to all amenities. Good quality breakfast was provided. Coffee and biscuits were available all day long at the lobby.

Sängen var bra, badrummet utmärkt men, från dörren och in i rummet var väldigt smalt. Satt man sedan vid bordet så krockade man med den som kom ut från badrummet.

Gustavas bar, mat och dryck uöver det vanliga.
Bra läge i Västervik, nära till allt, vi spelade golf, vandrade ute på Gränsö naturreservat, mkt vackert. Det bästa var ändå Gustavas bar, fantastisk mat av en fantastisk kock och fantastisk serveringspersonal, en familjär stämning.
