"Most hotels I’ve used in Sweden offer free coffee, this one does not. Also note even though has a huge tv in the room, this is of little use unless you use YouTube or have a Swedish Netflix account as there are no std channels to watch it’s all via streaming."
"It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and really loved it.
It has ideal location right in the heart of the Umea woth excellent public transport links. Morning breakfast is amazing. Rooms are clean and above all, really friendly and helpful staff. You always have a friendly smiling face greeting whenever you pass through reception. Many thanks to all for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

"There was a problem with my reservation and it was all my fault. The staff went above and beyond to help me and then I was blown away by the hotel itself, but by the time we got to breakfast, it was unbelievable. It was five breakfast stations so much food and everything was the highest quality. The room was great. The staff was great. The food was great and you’re in the middle of town why not take this Hotel"
