Accès facile pour décharger la voiture depuis la place parking. Cuisine et salon généreusement ensoleillé (orientation sud - sud /est). Dans toutes les pièces l'agencement est bien pensé, La décoration comme il faut, à notre gout, contemporain. Les matériaux utilisés lors de la rénovation ont été bien choisie ainsi que les ustensiles de tous les jours. Et surtout ce qui m’a frappé tous de suite, logement bien fini, un détail pour nous mais ça peut compter pour certaine personne . Enfin un appartement propre avec de la vaisselle en rapport avec le nombre de convives... Rien ne manque.... Peut être une poêle a crêpe mais on a utilisé celles qui avaient, et les crêpes étaient plus grande... L'exposition plein sud et la vue dégagée son un atout . Les pistes sont proches et on peut revenir en navette devant le chalet pour les fainéants qui ne veulent pas marcher. Le petit snack pour des pizzas ou des frites fraîches génial, Le pain d'en face aussi. Pas de problème avec le wifi . Cela fait 2 fois qu'on vient, et encore pour longtemps. On est comme à la maison!!! Logement refait à neuf. Très propre et très bien équipé au niveau électroménager. Balcon plein sud. Au centre du Village de Sainte Marie. Restaurants et magasins de sport à proximité. - " LES BEMOLS": Contrairement à l'annonce : 1 seule salle de bain. Pas de jardin privatif. Pas de wifi. Sainte Marie ne dispose pas de supérette digne de ce nom ( pas de viande, ni fromage ....). Obligation de se rendre à Vars les Claux pour faire ses courses. Grande cuisine moderne avec tout ce qu'il faut. Bien situé, proche navette et télésiège qui mène direct au domaine skiable. Dépôt de pain et supérette pour dépanner à quelques mètres mais nous avons fait nos courses à Vars les Claux là ou il y a tous les commerces, par la navette. Attention aux horaires car à certaines heures elles sont pleines et il est impossible de monter. Pas de wifi dans l'appartement, et celui de l'office de tourisme de Vars ne marche pas. Nous avons du nous connecter au snack. Dommage que le "balcon" ne soit pas fermé car nous n'avons pas pu laisser notre chienne prendre l'air seule et en sécurité quand elle le souhaitait. Sinon des départs de belles randonnées tout près. ##### ELODIE M. Puis , la visite du chalet a été largement à la hauteur de nos attentes! Aménagé avec goût, il est très agréable à vivre. nous étions 7 adultes et chacun avait son espace. Nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres comme cela arrive parfois. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good #### caroline g. 4 Jan 2015 #### Un séjour pour Noel trés agréable Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce logement, nous étions 6 personnes (4 adultes, 1 ado et un enfant) et vraiment l'espace général est très satisfaisant pour ne pas se marcher sur les pieds. C’était très propre et nous avions même l'impression que nous étions les premiers locataires tellement cela a l'air neuf. L’intérieur est en plus de très bon gout, double vitrage donc pas de bruit extérieure et en plus pour noël il y avait un sapin et des décorations. Il y a tous l’équipement nécessaire pour des vacances au ski. Placé idéalement puisque vous êtes au niveau des départs des navettes et à 100m à pieds des pistes et d'un télésiège. Les loueurs sont des gens adorables, nous avons eu le droit même à un panier de bienvenue. Franchement n’hésitez pas à louer cet appartement, vous serez enchantés. ##### caroline g. Appartement conforme à l'annonce, très bien situé (remontées à 150m, commerces et navette pour Vars les Claux face à la maison)et très bien équipé. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants, pas de problème de place. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et songeons déjà à réserver pour l'hiver prochain. ##### Véronique S.
