Il dispose d'un balcon d'angle avec une vue sur de belles montagnes. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire dont vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour avec notamment bouilloire, grille-pain, micro-ondes, cafetière filtre, lave-vaisselle. Pour le couchage, vous disposerez d'un canapé gigogne dans le salon, d'une chambre avec un lit superposé, et à l'étage inférieur, une autre chambre avec deux lits simples, et enfin d'une chambre avec un lit double. Ce logement possède une salle d'eau, et une salle de bain avec baignoire, pour un moment relaxant après vos activités favorites. Il y a des WC à chaque étage. Vous vous situerez à 200 mètres d'un restaurant, d'un magasin de sport et du sherpa, mais également d'un départ de piste de ski, et en été de sentiers pédestres. Pour votre confort, le logement dispose d'un casier à ski dans la résidence d'où vous pourrez partir et revenir skis aux pieds, ainsi que d'une place de parking privé en souterrain. Pour accéder à ce parking, la route n'étant pas goudronnée, en hiver, il faut impérativement être équipé en chaînes ou pneus neiges. Vous pourrez profiter d'une piscine intérieure en hiver, et de deux piscines en été (une intérieure et une extérieure ) dans un cadre magnifique entouré de belles montagnes. L'accès à cet appartement se fait par un ascenseur puis un escalier. La place de parking est non attenante au bâtiment.
