Cet appartement idéalement situé dans une résidence sous forme de petit village.  
Celui est composé de la sorte, nous avons une entrée avec un couloir qui dessert plusieurs espace.  
Une chambre avec un lit double, une salle de bain avec une baignoire, des WC séparés.  
Puis un salon salle à manger avec cuisine ouverte cette pièce est ouverte sur un balcon avec une vu magnifique sur les montagnes.  
La cuisine possède:   
Un grille-pain, une bouilloire, un micro-ondes des plaques de cuisson à induction.   
Nous avons un appareil à raclette et une crêpière.  
La machine à café est une Nespresso.  
  
Ménage de fin de séjour non compris et linge de maison en option (Pack draps et serviettes 16€/personne), nous consulter. Animaux interdits. Toutes nos locations sont strictement NON-FUMEUR.

Située sur les hauteurs de Vars la résidence du Hameau des Rennes se compose de charmants chalets de 3 ou 4 niveaux, et bénéficie d'une piscine intérieure/extérieure chauffée. Ce hameau se situe au pied du télésièges de Fontbonne, grace à l'ascenseur central. Accès au parking souterain en bas de la résidence.  
Ce hameau se situe à 200m des commerces, superettes, restaurants, loueurs de skis... Arrêt navette gratuite qui passe toute les 15-20 min et déssert l'ensemble de la station.

#### Séjour ski février 2025

L'appartement est situé dand une belle résidence, un peu à l'écart du centre, mais proche du point show et des commerces. Nous avons profité de la vue depuis le balcon ensoleillé, de la piscine chauffée et des pistes soit skis aux pieds avec le télésiège juste au dessous de la résidence soit à partir du point show à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Enfin bous avons apprécié la luge d'été et l'espace luge et jeux tout proches.
