Mon séjour de quelques jours dans ce studio s'est très bien déroulé. Le studio est bien équipé dans une résidence récente, les photos décrivent parfaitement le bien. Il est au calme (petit sas d'entrée donnant sur les WC d'un côté, salle d'eau de l'autre, et le séjour avec le coin nuit séparé d'une cloison). .Supermarché à quelques minutes à pied, bus non loin et sinon l'hypercentre de Vannes est atteignable en 20/25 minutes à pied.
