Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4\* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A living room of 20 m² with TV, Wifi \- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates... \- Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 queen-size bed (160×200) \- A bathroom with shower \- A separate toilet Outside : \- A balcony, a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment.
