I liked the location, close to the motorcycle bridge and places to eat. The night market was a reasonable stroll away. The room was nice but the chairs could use a good cleaning. I suspect some previous occupants were to blame for that.

Nice hotel, very clean. Had an issue with a room and Chris/ souk (same guy) jumped in and took great care of us. He was incredibly friendly and assisted us with directions and other questions we had. He speaks near perfect English and made our stay enjoyable. Will be back!

Happy with this value for money hotel.

I was very happy with my stay here. A hot buffet breakfast is included. The hotel is close to restaurants and pretty central. I’d stay here again if I were to return. Very good value for money, which is important.

Positive: Excellent view from roof top. Pool is fine and clean. Rooms are large and clean. Negative: Some common areas were dirty (eg elevator, the hall on fifth floor), and some guests were obviously smoking in either their room or the hall despite the non smoking policy.

My room was so amazing - I stayed here as a little break from hostels and it was very fancy, spacious and comfortable. The staff were really lovely, and that view of the hot air balloons from the roof was incredible.
