예약을 왜한건지~ 방이 없다네요

예약하고 갔는데 방이 없다고 다른장소의 숙소로 안내해줬어요 황당!!! 옮겨준 곳은 냉장고도 없고.드라이기.테이블.샴푸도 없고 욕실도 이상한구조로 된곳이라 .호텔스닷컴을 이용안할것 같습니다
