The complex is only 1.5 km from the town of L' Hospitalet del L' Infant (with numerous shops, restaurants and a marina). It is a privileged tourist area, without mass tourism, being able to enjoy the absolute tranquillity of the beaches and the proximity of a mountainous area to enjoy outdoor activities. There is much to offer in the surrounding area and a wide range of possibilities to explore. This charming apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and kitchenware. The dining room has a sofa bed for 2 people and access to a large terrace with sea views! Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The building has a communal garden with sun loungers and 2 swimming pools (one for adults and one for children). The quiet Arenal Beach, with its two kilometres of white sand, is only 30 metres from the complex. This cosy apartment has everything you need to satisfy all your needs during your holiday on the Costa Daurada. GOOD TO KNOW: \- Renewed spring 2023 \- We do not accept bookings from groups. \- Optional parking with supplement and under request and availability. \- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool. \- Perfect for families with small children. \- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
