Mark was helpful and helped us to check in early as the apartment was ready and it was all smooth. The apartment is well located within walking distance of most everything. Not having parking is a little bit of an issue but we found secure paid 24 hour parking a few blocks away which considering the reasonable price of the unit factored in. Downtown Vancouver is having a real crisis issue with drug addicts and homeless people so one has to expect that , but this is all over unfortunately and comes with the territory . We stayed 7 days/8 nights and averaged walking 9 miles a day. It was very easy to walk(and boat) to Granville Island, the fireworks on Saturday and Wednesday and Bard on the Beach. The walk to Theater under the Stars in Stanley Park was about 45 minutes. The apartment and building were clean and modern. On the 2 days when the temperature got up in the 80's, the air was not adequate. Suggest you get instructions on operation of the space air unit and that should help. ##### Jerry K. It was clean, centrally located, and Mark himself was awesome to deal with. He even helped find a hearing aid that I only realized I had lost after we'd checked out. The apartment was well kept, very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, a lot of things within walking distance -- it helps that Vancouver is very walkable as well. We had a great time in Vancouver, this apartment is close to everything and transportation runs right outside the block. A really clean and comfortable apartment.
