Very close to train station. A few blocks away from a not so safe neighborhood but easily avoidable. Great communication with host.

Sleeps 4-5 comfortably the pull out couch is quite small. The place was pretty dusty and the floors are taped down in many places but overall was nice. Easy to find, lots of places near by to walk to.
Host was excellent about getting back with any questions. Walk to downtown and convention was easy once you know the route(Ned to go up the stairs). Would definitely stay again if in the area
Condo was comfortable and clean, as advertised. Getting in and out of the parking garage (an extra cost) was quite a hassle. We would have appreciated ice or ice trays to have a cold drink when we settled in. Location felt safe. T&T Supermarket is right across the street.
Overall, this was a nice place to stay. Perfect size for 2 couples. Nice kitchen area, well stocked. A couple things could have been better - the air conditioning system in the main area was poor and it was uncomfortably warm. Also, several bugs found. And taking out the garbage was a pain as no clear directions on where to take it on P2.
Convenient location, plenty of places to shop within walking distance. As for the unit itself, with the exception of a few areas, it was clean. Sofas are showing signs of wear, but it didn't affect the comfort. The building doesn't have central AC, so each room has a portable AC unit that is fairly loud, so it could be an issue for those who need it quiet for sleeping. Communications with the owner was excellent as they were very responsive. Overall, I was happy with the accommodations and would stay here again if ever in the area.
