The 11-ft vaulted ceiling, full-size kitchen and abundance of natural light are just a few things that make this 565 sqft, one bedroom guesthouse live larger than its footprint. Perfectly located 1.8 miles to Dtwn Vancouver & 15 mins to PDX airport and Portland Oregon; it’s the perfect home base for your stay. My goal with the guesthouse is to provide an affordable price with amenities that go beyond what is typical for the price point and offer this to small groups, couples and solo travelers who want a less expensive option without sacrificing comfort, a convenient location and style. There is only one entrance with keyless entry that will be exclusive to you. The guesthouse is completely separate from the home, so you won’t share any living spaces with the primary home. You’ll also have free street parking in a quiet, residential neighborhood and a paved, well-lit walkway from the street to the guesthouse. The space is perfect for 1-3 guests and allows for up to 4\. The second bed is a very comfortable, brand new pull-out sofa that measures 54”W x 72”H. Two average sized adults can fit, but I’d recommend the Luxury Queen-size bed in the bedroom for those who are 6’+ tall. It is well stocked. The little things are great... comfortable bed, great towels, nice flatware, decent toilet paper, plates nice and matching. The area is very quiet.
