With its own private entry, this suite is conveniently located just a few steps away from many shops, restaurants, and transit. It is walking distance to Kits Beach and walking trails. The Space The 638 square feet of private relaxation comfortably sleeps 4 people. Additional fees will be applied for an extra guest. Smoking/Vaping: Smoking & vaping is strictly prohibited on the premises, therefore a fee of $500 will be applied to any guest that does not comply. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, all kinds of cuisine. If you like to walk, the Beach walks are 10 minute drive away. The apartment was clean and as described in the listing. We met the owners and they were a very sweet family. The beds were comfortable, and though the apartment is fairly small, it was perfect for our family of four (two elementary-aged kids) for two nights. The kitchen has the basics but is not overly stocked with dishes or cookware. We didn't use the laundry machines but appreciate having them there! Wi-fi was good and everything appeared to be in working order. There were always parking spots available on the street right in front of the house and it was an easy drive to downtown, Kits beaches, and restaurants. There's a grocery store and a very nice wine shop within easy walking distance.The nitpicky:- Hooks! My number one rental pet peeve is lack of places to hang your things. Other than one very rickety plastic coat rack, there was nowhere to hang towels, coats, purses, backpacks, etc.- Absolutely no decor to speak of besides a couple of artificial plants. Fine, but doesn't make for a charming or memorable stay.- No free outlets for charging your phone in the bedroom.
